My Photography Journey

Hello Everyone!!! 
I’ve been a bit MIA lately as I took time off from photography to adjust to my new role of being a mother of two. It’s been a tad bit hectic but I’m now back and excited to expand my portfolio with my old and new beautiful clients! 

I am a photographer serving the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas! I have been doing professional photography for a while now, starting with sports photography which is where I found my passion.

As I was growing up my mother always had a camera on her hip wanting to make sure every trip was documented and that was enstilled in me through out all of my years growing up which made me fall in love with scrapbooking especially throughout my high school years as I was always wanted to capture memories with my friends.

I received my first camera 10 years ago as I started to want to learn how to use a professional camera once I got older and really started to think about having a family of my own some day. When I first got my camera from my parents as a Birthday Gift at that time my now husband was apart of semi-pro football team. I thought it would be fun to take pictures to document his semi pro football journey as he eats, sleeps, breaths football. Which I then just thought id take the pictures and put it together in a scrapbook for him as he has very little pictures of his childhood. 

The Soldiers who became a huge part of my life for many years rooted for me and insisted that I take photos for the team. Standing on the sidelines gave me a rush of adrenaline that fueled me to fall in love with capturing action shots and many memories for everyone on the team and their loved ones off the field. 

With that said... I met a group of amazing ladies who started their journey of motherhood who gave me the challenge of photographing families. Although I hesitated out of fear I finally excepted the challenge and now my passion for photography has grown to love taking pictures of families/couples. Especially all of the special milestones that many people cross in life that can be cherished for a lifetime. 

As I began to make a family of my own I have truly began to know how important capturing these moments really are and how fast time flies! 
I have an amazing daughter who is 4, a handsome baby boy who is now 2 years old. Of course I can’t forget about my three fur babies who are now the protectors and my children's best friends.
